Welcome to your site at the Diepstraat holiday apartment!

Comfortable apartment, located on the first floor in the Diepstraat in Eijsden (NL) in the protected village area of Eijsden.

The apartment has its own entrance so keeping distance (the ‘new normal’) is no problem.

In addition, it is possible to pick up food from all restaurants in the street and surroundings (French cuisine, Greek, eatery, Chinese, etc.). There are also many opportunities in the area and in Eijsden to get coffee ‘to go’. Nice if you want to go walking or cycling.

The spacious spacious apartment at the front of the Diepstraat on the first floor is for rent for short and long stay. The bedroom is on the second floor with a spacious double bed on the quiet back.

You can book with us from two nights.

Atmospheric and cozy!

For fun activities in our area, be sure to check out: www.facebook.com/diepstraat.nl. Worth the effort!

The terrace, located directly on the bicycle and pedestrian ferry, is the crown jewel of Eetcafé Aon ‘t Bat. It is split into 2 parts. On top of ‘t Bat (Maaskade) and in the middle of the beautiful quiet nature reserve of Eijsden. Both terraces have a beautiful view of the Maas and its natural beauty. Because this part of Eijsden is also low traffic, this makes one of the most beautiful and quiet places in South Limburg.

Should it become slightly colder, then the patio heaters and glass windshields ensure that it still pleasantly enjoy

Lurking tour

From 11.15 to 15.15 hours

At 11.15 am we sail from Maastricht down the Meuse downstream to reach the Zuid-Willemsvaart via the Bosscherveld lock. We follow this old canal from 1825 (it looks like a footpath in the forest) to be lifted 9 meters at the lock of Neerharen and repeat that again in the lock of Lanaken. Then we reach the large Albert Canal and see with admiration how the canal diggers have made their way through hills and marls. On both sides of the ship the walls sometimes rise 60 meters high out of the water. In the lock of Ternaaien we are pulled down another 15 meters to get back on the Meuse and so along the slopes of the St. Pietersberg on Maastricht to steer. Arrival in Maastricht is around 15.15 hours.

Cycling, cycling, mountain biking

If you think of cycling, think of Limburg. The bicycle province par excellence. The fact that cycling in Limburg knows no boundaries becomes clear when we look at the various cross-border races and tours in this province.
